The well-known originals impress us with their elegant shapes, with their dynamism, speed and refined technology or simply with their history. With our scale models, we want to capture the fascination that emanates from them as accurately as possible. Harmonious proportions and aptly reproduced details ensure that the characteristic appearance is reproduced on a small scale, the most "perfect illusion" possible.

EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY

The design of the cell and mechanics is based on a clear, minimalist and holistically conceived structure with defined interfaces between the individual assemblies and direct load paths without detours. The focus is on the essentials which simplifies the assembly, operation and maintenance of the models.

MAXIMUM FUNCTION

The rigid design of the PLUS-mechanics with its powerful gearbox is designed for performance. The mechanics design breaks with the usual side-plate technology and is compact and almost invisibly housed in the upper area of the fuselage. Thus, it does not stand in the way of an extensive interior scale finish of the helicopter. A win for every scale model.

THE RIGHT SCALE

Somewhat larger, but still suitable for everyday use, the various model types offer a rotor diameter in the range of 1.3 to 2.0 m. The take-off mass, including scale equipment, amount to a light weight of 5 to 10 kg.

GOOD COMBINATION

The basic kit of a model includes the fuselage as well as the appropriate drive mechanics. A platform is alread integrated in the fuselage to which the mechanics is attached to by four bolts only.

For completion, further components such as a main and a tail rotor, as well as the electrical / electronic equipment are required. For further detailing of the models, a selection of scale parts is also available.

The free configurability leaves a lot of room for the realization of your own ideas. This requires some experience, which is why the kit offer is preferably aimed at the advanced model builder and pilot.

COMPACT UNIT

In a small space, the PLUS-mechanics fulfils these three essential tasks:

- Distribution of drive power
- Transfer of rotor forces and torques into the fuselage
- Control of the rotor system

NO-TAIL-ROTOR

The no-tail-rotor concept is realized by a variant of the PLUS-mechanics: a blower generates an air flow that is regulated by a variable nozzle at the rear end. The ingenious advantage: The mechanics in the tailboom can be omitted!

BUILDING PLEASURE

The software-supported development of the geometry and molding tools ensures precise lines, exact symmetry and high accuracy in the model. The installation positions of the individual parts are firmly defined and do not have to be searched for by the builder. The already integrated inner structure is made of composites and is optimized to load and weight requirements. This eliminates the need to install a conventional wooden construction. The clear structure together with the realized prefabrication simply offers more joy in the construction of the model!

KEY DETAILS

The scale parts of our models and also some functional parts are predestined for production in 3D printing. Never before has it been possible to produce elaborate and fine geometries so conveniently in small series. However, the 3D-printed surfaces still need to be reworked.
